At Reimagined we believe that everybody is different and your fitness journey should reflect that. We're tired of seeing one size fits all 4 week programs that don't account for consistency and individual goals. That is why once you complete your client questionnaire our head coach will find the right program to match your needs. Whether that be to grow juicy glutes or train like a hybrid athlete, our coach will make sure you have the right program to push you to new limits.

I created the concept of Reimagined because I believe that fitness is more than just the weights that you lift. It encompasses everything, your mental health just as much as your physical.I'm the coach that understands how it feels to be at your lowest point and knows what it takes to be rebuild and transform that struggle into strength. That's why here at Reimagined it's all about breaking through your limits and reimagining what your fitness journey could look like. Hybrid training has completely transformed my body, so let me help you do the same.

''DO I NEED A GYM TO SEE PROGRESS?''
Of course not! Whatever coaching program you choose whether it be a personalised guide or 1-1 coaching, it is completely tailored to your preferences. You can still see INCREDIBLE results at home, however, if you were wanting to compete in a sport like Hyrox then we would need to get you in the gym in order to mimic the competition and use heavier weights. BUT, if your goal is to simply lose some fat and tone up...then you can do it anywhere.


"WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?"
If you have chosen a personalised guide then you will receive your program within 72 hours of purchasing and submitting your self assessment questionnaire. If there are any issues or we need any further information from you we will always contact you ASAP and update you. If you are choosing the 1-1 online coaching then your coach will create your guide within 72 hours and will contact you to book your first client call so that you can get to know your coach and run through your program ready to begin your journey.


"WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?"
If you have purchased a personalised program you have 6h after purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. If you cancel after 24h you will receive a 50% refund as your coach will have already started drafting your program which takes a lot of time and effort. Unfortunately, once you have received your guide there are no refunds due to having access to the content. If you are a 1-1 client and you would like to cancel, the same principles apply upon initial purchase of the program, however, if you have started your program and have had access to the plan you must give 30 days notice to cancel your coaching. This is because your coach will constantly be working with you so it gives us time to make the necessary cancellations.


"HOW DO I ACCESS MY PROGRAM?"
If you have purchased a personalised program then it will be sent to you in a PDF format. You will also receive a template to input into your notes app or a diary to help you track your weights from each session. If you are a 1-1 client then you will have access to the
Reimagined app where everything you could possibly need to succeed and to track your journey will be stored.
