 The Catalyst Program is a tailored workout guide designed to help you achieve your fitness goals at your own pace, whether at home or in the gym. Unlike generic programs, after completing your client questionnaire one of our coaches will choose the right program to help you reach your goals. The 8 week version offers flexibility to be followed at home or in the gym, whilst the 12-week version is optimised for gym workouts, providing you with a comprehensive plan to build strength, endurance, and confidence. This program is ideal for those who want the structure and guidance of a tailored plan but still desire the independence to work at their own pace and take control of their fitness journey. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to push to the next level, the Catalyst Program offers a strong foundation to help you succeed.

Our most requested program and the training journey that completely changed my body was my prep for Hyrox. If you don't know what Hyrox is, or even if you know just a little, then this program is perfect for you because it includes an in depth break down of the race format, race strategies, nutrition tips and everything I wish I knew before my first race. It also includes the exact style of training I used to get me ready to compete, a 12 week workout program but the difference is, our coach will evaluate your client questionnaire and pick the right program for your fitness level to help you push your limits and progress in the best way possible.

RESET & REBUILD 

If you're looking to completely transform your habits and change your body then the Reset & Rebuild course is the perfect pick for you because it is a 12 week, gym workout program tailored to your goals & paired with our The Clean Cut: Fat Loss Made Simple guide to help you reach the goals that you tell us you want to reach. If you want to see real results then your diet is JUST as important as the workouts you do, so, in this guide we make nutrition simple and our coach will tailor you guide to your specific goals with workouts that will transform your body composition!

THE HYBRID ATHLETE
 

The training style that will completely transform your body is hybrid training. It encompasses a mixture of strength and cardio which means we can focus on body recomposition which involves building muscle and losing fat all at the same time (yes it's possible). This is our top program that involves 1-1 coaching, a completely personalised workout program and a meal plan that will be adapted along the way as you progress on your journey. You will receive constant guidance and support along your journey and access to our exclusive Reimagined app that will include workout demonstrations, have space for you to track every workout, weight, meal AND allow you to message your coach whenever you need. There's no better feeling than having someone push you along the way and we are there for you every step of the journey.
