WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ONLINE COACHING PROGRAMS?There are different coaching programs to match different needs. Our online guides are tailored to your fitness goals, so, when you complete your client questionnaire we will go through the information and find the right program to match your needs. This will then be sent to you in a PDF format with another download full of video demonstrations for each exercise in your guide. If you are a 1-1 client then you will have access to our Reimagined app that has EVERYTHING you could need to succeed. Our app includes our weekly check ins, meal plans, workouts and workout demonstrations along with a messaging platform so you can always be in contact with your head coach. This is the ultimate package where your workout plan will be completely personalised and adapted as you progress on your fitness journey.

HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH ONLINE COACHING?There are multiple programs available to you so your first step is to have a little read about what program would be best for you. A description of our coaching programs can be found on the page 'OUR COACHING.' If you want to get started then you will go to our 'BOOK ME IN' page and select the program you would like to start. Once you have purchased the program you will fill out a questionnaire to help us understand your goals and from there, our head coach will select the right guide to match your goals and this will be sent to you within 48 hours. If you are a 1-1 client, then you will fill out the questionnaire and once your guide is ready your coach will book in a client call with you to run through your plan, discuss the app with you and get you ready to start your new journey!

CAN I FOLLOW THE WORKOUTS AT HOME OR IN THE GYM?If you are wanting to do some of your workouts at home then the 8 week Catalyst guide can be programmed with a blend of home and gym workouts. However, the 12 week Catalyst guide is only for the gym. Our Hyrox 101 program is also a strictly gym program due to needing the right equipment, however, our 1-1 coaching programs can be tailored to having a blend of at home and gym workouts depending on the equipment available to you.

DO YOU OFFER A MEAL PLAN WITH YOUR COACHING?Yes, we offer personalised meal plans as part of our 1-1 coaching program 'The Hybrid Athlete.' All other programs do not include a meal plan, however, The Rest & Rebuild program includes our The Clean Cut: Fat Loss Made Simple guid which explains everything you need to know to effectively lose fat. Our Hyrox 101 program includes nutrition tips for training but it does not include a meal plan.

HOW OFTEN WILL I GET ADJUSTMENTS // UPDATES TO MY PROGRAM?If you have purchased any of the online programs then you will not receive any updates or changes once it has been sent to you. However, if you are a 1-1 coaching client you will receive updates to your program as often as needed to keep progressing. Your coach will monitor your results and check in regularly via the app, making adjustments to your workouts or meal plan to ensure you're always challenged and moving towards your goals. You can also message your head coach directly within the app for ongoing support or questions or bring any changes you would like to your weekly check in meetings.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?Results vary based on factors like consistency, effort, diet, and your starting point. However, most clients begin to notice improvements within the first 4-6 weeks, such as increased strength, better endurance, or body composition changes. For more significant transformations, consistent effort over 8-12 weeks is needed. The online guides are perfect for people who already know how to sort out their diet and just need professional guidance on what workouts they should be doing, however, if you want to get stuck in and change your diet to help see better results then The Clean Cut: Fat Loss Made Simple is the perfect guide for you or The Reset & Rebuild program which comes with the fat loss guide included. However, our The Hybrid Athlete 1-1 coaching program does include a personalised meal plan.

HOW DOES THE APP WORK?If you are a 1-1 coaching client then you will have access to the Reimagined app which is a convenient way to access your personalised workout program, track your progress, and communicate with your coach. You will also be able to check in weekly on the app and track your meals. As well as your coach giving you guidance on how to improve your form and any other tips you need, the app has demonstrations for each workout and movement. It is designed to keep you motivated and on track whether you're at home or in the gym! Before you begin your program, your coach will also go through and set the app up with you on your first client check in call.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PROGRAM?If you have purchased one of our online guides you may cancel your purchase before the guide has been sent to you by our coach, however, once the guide has been sent we do not offer any refunds due to you having access to all of the content. If you are a 1-1 online coaching client then you may cancel within 24h, however, after 72h you would have received a months worth of workouts so you are not entitled to a refund as you would have already seen the content. However, if you would like to cancel your whole plan once you have started the coaching then you will need to give notice 30 days before your next payment date as your coach will have already spent time programming your guide for the next month ahead.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TALK TO MY COACH EVERYDAY?If you are a 1-1 online client then your coach is there to support you every step of the way. You will have direct access to the app chat which will allow you to message your coach whenever. Your coach will be available Monday - Friday and you will always have a response within 24 hours of sending it. If you send a message over the weekend then your coach will respond the next working week day.
