REFUNDS

 If you have purchased one of our tailored programs then you may cancel your purchase before the guide has been sent to you by our coach, however, once the guide has been sent we do not offer any refunds due to you having access to all of the content. .

CANCELLATIONS

 If you are a 1-1 coaching client then your membership is based on either a monthly contract or a retainer. If you have a retainer, for example, a 3 month contract, then your payments will stop after those 3 months. However, if you have a monthly rolling contract then in order to cancel your contract you must give us 30 days notice. This is due to your coach constantly working with you weekly and having drafted your next months worth of workouts and diet ahead of time. If you have any issues and you need to pause your membership, please do contact us as we are always here to help. 

DATA COLLECTION

This data collection notice is to tell you about how we use your data. Any data collected by us through our website or held by our coaches is strictly confidential and will NEVER be shared with anyone else. We will only contact you in the ways you have given consent to be contacted and in the event that you would like your data removed or you would like to be unsubscribed from our communications, please simply contact us and we will have it sorted.
